Make a claim

When a claim arises we’re here to help. Your Resilium Adviser can explain what you need to do next and guide you through the correct claims process for your policy type and insurer.

As a Resilium client, it is important to us that you receive the full entitlement due under your policy, without undue stress or delay.

To make a claim:

  • Contact your Resilium Adviser directly. Can’t find their contact details? No problem, visit our Find an Adviser page and use the search tool provided.
  • Alternatively, simply complete our Claim Notification form below. Your Resilium Adviser will be in contact with you shortly.
