They are all experienced leaders who are genuinely passionate about insurance and delivering exceptional service to a vast national network of Resilium Authorised Representatives.
Craig Robson
CEO
Craig is a highly experienced insurance executive with a strong background in the broking industry, specialising in aligning insurers with markets through strategic initiatives. In his current role, Craig serves as the CEO of Resilium Insurance Broking and the Chief Distribution Officer for the Envest Group. He was instrumental in developing Envest Group’s local broker strategy and establishing the Aviso brand in 2018.
Before his leadership roles at Resilium and Envest, Craig spent seven years at Allianz, where he held the position of National and Commercial Manager. He also spent 11 years with QBE in a senior distribution role, gaining expertise in managing and expanding distribution networks.
As a member of the Envest Executive team, Craig leads the broking pillar, overseeing the growth and expansion of the Resilium Authorised Representative network. His strategic vision and industry insight are key to driving Resilium’s success and ensuring strong relationships between brokers and insurers.
Ben Hastie
Managing Director
With more than 30 years of experience across both underwriting and broking, Ben brings a wealth of hands-on knowledge to the insurance industry. His career began in Underwriting and Broking before he commenced at Chubb Insurance, where he spent 11 years, including his final four years as Vice President and National Commercial Lines Manager. During his time there, Ben honed his expertise in commercial insurance and built a reputation for delivering strategic solutions to complex challenges. In 2016, Ben joined Resilium, where he now serves as Managing Director.
At the helm of Resilium, Ben leads a skilled and dynamic team committed to providing innovative insurance solutions and delivering exceptional client service. His leadership style is shaped by his extensive experience and his ability to navigate the complexities of the ever-evolving insurance landscape. Ben’s ability to understand the shifting needs of clients and the broader market allows Resilium to stay at the forefront of the industry.
Ben’s connections within the Australian underwriting community are a testament to his long-standing commitment to the sector. These relationships, built over decades, enable him to ensure Resilium can offer a comprehensive range of tailored insurance solutions.
In addition to his practical experience, Ben is highly qualified, holding a Diploma of Financial Services (Insurance Broking). He is also recognized as a Qualified Practising Insurance Broker (QPIB) and a Certified Insurance Professional (CIP). Ben is a member of several key industry bodies, including the Australian Institute of Company Directors, the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF), and the National Insurance Brokers Association of Australia (NIBA).

Eoghan Trehy
Head of Resilium Partners
Eoghan Trehy is the Head of Resilium Partners, bringing extensive expertise from his distinguished career in the insurance industry. Previously, Eoghan held the role of Head of Partnerships at Honey, a highly successful startup specialising in personal lines insurance. Prior to this, he served as the National Head of Insurance Banking at Macquarie. Eoghan’s deep understanding of the broker sector positions him uniquely to provide invaluable support to our current and future acquisition partners.
At Resilium Partners, Eoghan focuses on driving business growth, identifying strategic M&A opportunities, and optimising operational efficiencies. With a solid foundation in corporate finance and a proven history in structuring complex deals, Eoghan’s analytical acumen is instrumental in navigating intricate negotiations and forging impactful partnerships.
